Rhys has spent all his young life being teased by his cousin about being afraid of the dark. One night he is forced to help Llywelyn, the last Prince of Wales, who is hiding from his English enemies. Forgetting his fear of the dark, for this is a real challenge of survival, Rhys realises that he must get his prince to safety.
